Human Resources Department Review (HRDR)

1-10 Employees- $200.00 // More than10 employees $350.00 // 40 Plus – Get Quote
 
A review of your human resources department processes and administration. A report will be provided to the Board before the summary Zoom call. This charge includes scheduling an uninterrupted one-half-hour Zoom call with the Board to report on the assessment findings. 
 
If the Zoom call exceeds one-half hour, an additional $200.00 per hour will be charged in 30-minute increments. After a summary of your process has been delivered to the Board, other documents or services can be contracted as provided below.
 

Staff Assessment of Manager/Workplace (SAMW)

$250.00

An online survey link will be sent to all staff regarding the Board of Directors, Manager, and workplace. The staff will have ten days to return the twenty-question survey. Communication between the staff, Board, and Manager will be elements profiled in the survey. In addition, the staff will quantify the level of support from the Board and Manager. The various physical aspects of the work environment will also be evaluated.

This service includes scheduling an uninterrupted 30-minute Zoom call with the Board to report on the survey’s findings.

The packet will include HR.03 -Retention Guidelines, HR.04 - Employee Handbook, HR.05- Hiring and Onboarding Guidelines, HR.06 – Application, HR.07 - Legal Interview Questions, HR.08 -Orientation Checklist, HR.09 - New Hire Schedule, HR.10.01 - 7-Day Onboarding Checklist, HR.10.02 – 30 Day Onboarding Checklist, HR.10.03 - 90-Day Onboarding Checklist, HR.10.04 - 180-Day Onboarding Checklist, HR.10.5 - Onboarding Checklist Current Employees, HR.11- Employee Use of Facilities.
 
All documents will be general in purpose. Your manager must amend the documents to be specific to your property. StrongerHOA can modify the documents to be specific to your operation, but the cost must be negotiated before beginning the process.
