Company Introduction

My association management career began in 1985 in Sunriver, Oregon, and as noted in the profile below, I have undertaken many tasks associated with association management hundreds of times.  I hold a PCAM(Professional Community Association Manager) designation and maintain a membership with the Community Association Institute. 

 

I served for two years on the Northern California Chapter of CAI and the CLAC (California Legislative Action Committee) in the Sacramento area.  This service allowed me to make contacts and extend my awareness of the many challenges of managing homeowner associations.

My experience has included a community of 6700 homes, 2-unit condos, over 55 age-restricted communities, and several business/condo developments.  My boards have numbered between 3 and 16 members and exposed me to many personalities and motivations for serving.  I have overcome many administrative issues, homeowner conflicts, and contract obstacles during this timeframe.    It would be surprising to encounter any occasion or problem I have not encountered.

The primary goal of this website and consulting business is to provide boards and managers with resources to address a specific issue or problem within their administration or operation.
