Manager & Management Company Support Charges
Owner Assessment of Manager/Management Company (OAMM)
An online survey link will be sent to all owners by your staff through your website. Each owner receiving the survey via email will be charged $1.00. A minimum of $350.00 will be charged for this service. Your staff can also provide the written survey to homeowners without computer access. Completed surveys can be scanned by your staff and emailed to StrongerHOA. Your office might also consider setting up a computer with the link in the clubhouse for those who wish to participate but don’t have a computer.
The scanned returned surveys will be processed for a fee of $6.00 each. Surveys mailed by StrongerHOA will incur a charge of $10.00 for mailing and inputting the information when returned. The results will be provided to the Board of Directors within two weeks of the completed surveys being provided to StrongerHOA. The Board can then post the results on the property's website or the community's facilities.
We will not share or distribute the results without a majority written approval by the Board of Directors. Reminder emails will incur a charge of $1.00 for each homeowner not returning the completed survey after the initial ten-day period. Subsequent mailed surveys will incur a cost of $10.00. This charge is predicated on scheduling an uninterrupted 30-minute Zoom call with the Board to report on the survey’s findings. If the Zoom call exceeds 30 minutes, an additional $200.00 per hour will be charged in 30-minute increments.
Management Contract Checklist (MCC)

We will provide a checklist for evaluating a management company to manage your property. Two thirty-minute Zoom calls will be scheduled, the first before you begin interviewing potential managers and the second after completing the process before signing with the new company.

Manager Task Profile (MTP)
$350.00
This charge is based on the Board meeting and returning one questionnaire profile. The manager's questionnaire will be returned within ten days. The fee includes scheduling an uninterrupted 60-minute Zoom call with the Board and Manager to review the findings.
After six months, the questionnaire will be repeated, followed by a 30-minute Zoom call to review the results of the second questionnaire.
If a Zoom call exceeds the allotted time frame, an additional $200.00 per hour will be charged in 30-minute increments.
Manager Workplace Review (MWR)

Total Property Assessment (TPA)
Number of Units – 1 -499 - $600.00 // 500-1000 - $850.00 // More than 1000 – Email for quote.
This assessment will require timely communications with a Board member or Manager. A large volume of information about the property will need to be quantified. Without a site visit, StrongerHOA will have no means of verifying the accuracy of the information. This charge includes an uninterrupted 60-minute Zoom call with the Board to report on the assessment’s findings. If the Zoom call exceeds 60 minutes, an additional $200.00 per hour will be charged in 30-minute increments.
